How long does the average project take?
When it comes to custom design, there is no such thing as an average. Every project is unique and requires a different schedule depending on the scope of work. After gathering the necessary information and conducting a site walk with you, we can give you an idea on the project schedule.
What services do you offer?
We provide full architectural services, which includes site analyses, code analyses, zoning review, discussions/consultations with the municipality, design services, consultant coordination (obtaining and organizing other specialties such as engineering), production of technical drawing for permit/tender/construction, assist with any variance and/or permit applications, tendering support, construction administration and post construction tasks. How do your fees work?
Fees are based on project complexity. We start by conducting a walk through of the site with you and we'll go over the project goals and scope. After which we will prepare a fee proposal for your review, outlining our understanding of the project, a fee breakdown and a proposed schedule of deliverables.
